As businesses increasingly adopt enterprise-level AI agents, a significant gap is appearing between their aspirations and actual implementation. A striking 85% of organizations express a desire to become agentic within the next three years. However, 76% acknowledge that their current operational frameworks and infrastructure are inadequate to support such a shift. Many cite insufficient readiness in terms of personnel, processes, and workflows as major barriers. This discrepancy highlights the urgent need for organizations to rethink their structures and strategies to successfully integrate AI technologies.
