While 85% of companies express a desire to become agentic within the next three years, a staggering 76% admit that their existing operations and infrastructure are ill-equipped to facilitate this transformation. Key challenges include inadequate readiness among personnel, processes, and workflows. This disconnect highlights the urgent need for organizations to rethink their structures and adopt strategies that foster a smoother integration of AI technologies into their operations.
