As businesses increasingly adopt enterprise-level AI agents, a gap is forming between aspirations and actual implementation. While 85% of organizations express a desire to become agentic within the next three years, a significant 76% acknowledge that their existing operations and infrastructure are ill-equipped for this transition. Key challenges include insufficient readiness among employees, processes, and workflows, indicating a need for strategic rethinking. To successfully harness the power of agentic AI, organizations must address these gaps and prepare their frameworks to support innovative AI-driven initiatives.
