As enterprise-level AI agents become increasingly prevalent, a gap is surfacing between aspirations and actual implementation. A recent survey revealed that while 85% of organizations aim to embrace agentic capabilities within the next three years, a significant 76% acknowledge that their existing operations and infrastructure are not equipped to facilitate this transition. Key challenges include insufficient readiness among personnel, processes, and workflows. This disconnect suggests that organizations may need to rethink their organizational designs to fully leverage the potential of AI technologies and ensure they are prepared for the future.
